APV Meeting of the Youth Exchange: Culture and Arts for Inclusion 

Pissouri Village from 14 to 18 of April 2023 

In the APV meeting were taking place 2 leaders from Lithuania and Poland and the president of NGO ACPELIA. In the meeting we discussed the following things:

• Practical arrangements: quality of practical and logistic arrangements - travel, accommodation, insurance, safety, social security, etc.).
• Health, safety, and respect of applicable regulation
• Selection of participants
• Preparation and support of participants
• Support to participants with fewer opportunities
• Participatory approach
• Participatory methods
• Linguistic support
• Definition and monitoring of learning outcomes
• Identification and recognition of learning outcomes

As we discussed all the above we set up also the rules for the internal agreement we got the

Also in the APV meeting we visited the place that the Youth Exchange will take part and also we visited outside areas that we are going to have in the program with the participants. We decided also how the participants will stay and we had a brief discussion for all the aspects of the program.

Due to the fact that APV meeting was on Easter days in Cyprus, participants in the APV meeting had the chance to see and to participate in local events for Easter in Pissouri village.
