Preparation Activities

In this page we are going to have all the preparation activities that we are going to have at the project. 

In this project we made a lot of preparation activities due to the fact that groups of the project were large and we wanted to have the most appropriate activities so all participants to be prepared for the youth exchange in Pissouri in October 2023. So for the preaparation of the Youth Exchange we implemented the following activities: 

1. APV meeting in Pissouri with 2 leaders from Lithuania and Poland from 14 to 18 of April 2024: https://cafin3.webnode.page/apv-meeting2/

3. June 2023: Results of Logo Competition are published in our webpage and we already have our logo of the program: https://cafin3.webnode.page/results-of-logo-contest/

12 of June 2023: Big Online meeting with all participant for the results of Logo Contest and also for defining the preparation activities that participants will do following months.

June 2023: To organise a meeting with participants at the places, to discuss the aim and topic of the YE, giving them tasks for the preparation. 

July 2023: Preparing Cultural nights from each country with theatre, art and dances from their area. Sustainable food from their area learning how to prepare and preparing a video with their preparation work.

August 2023: Participants do a research on the topic of discrimination from regions, prepare presentations from the countries. Project planning and implementation.

September 2023: Article preparation from groups by each country, writing about their work and what they have done during the whole program (from March 2023 till September 2023). Articles will be published to our webpage
